My experience
My overall experience since the first message with Jess has been positive and friendly. She goes above and beyond checking in each day to make sure everything is fine and you’re on track. The meal plan she has given me as a starter has been easy to follow and actually tastes good! I’d highly recommend Jess if you are searching for a nutrition coach.

Jess has helped me with my nutrition eating since I have started with her. She helps you, motivates you, and reminds you daily for your fruit water veg intake. She is always asking if you need help or wanting to change your nutrition plan so the meals aren’t boring. I’ve learnt so much since she has helped me especially whilst being on the challenges.
